KSS's Night Owl Theatre Company proudly presents their Mainstage Production of 'Queens' by Kristen Doherty.
This production is being presented by the Night Owl Theatre Acting Company and has been designed and produced by the Night Owl Theatre Production class.
'Queens' is a dark and whimsical retelling of King Henry VIII and his legendary sequence of mistreated wives.
The King is trapped in purgatory, bound to his throne by the sinister Fools and the ghostly Courtiers. Here in his gilded cage, he is forced to relive the sins he committed against his queens, mistresses, and people of the court, over and over again, for an eternity.
Trigger Warning - This play includes mature subject matter, including: death and the supernatural, historical oppression and abuse, difficult pregnancies and miscarriages, and mature language. Please be advised that the staging includes loud music/ sound effects, quick-changing lights (strobbing lights), and artificial fog.
